Celtic FC Foundation Launch 2026 Christmas Appeal

On the 139th anniversary of the Club’s formation, Celtic FC Foundation are delighted to officially launch our 2026 Christmas Appeal, with a donation from the Club kicking off the campaign.

Christmas is a time for giving. For making memories. For sharing special moments with the people around us. For giving someone a reason to smile.

But for many, Christmas can be a stressful, challenging time of year. And sometimes, a little kindness can make all the difference. A warm meal. A gift under the tree. A place to come together. A moment of joy. A reminder that someone cares.

These might seem like small things. But they can lift spirits, create lasting memories and remind someone that they’re not alone.

Through last year’s Appeal, you made a phenomenal difference, with the Celtic Family raising and distributing an incredible £425K and you can find full details HERE

You Shared the Spirit of Christmas for:

  • 1,114 families facing poverty and hardship in Glasgow and the West, Belfast/Lisburn and Dublin, including 100 families who attended Paradise Pit Stop on Christmas Day.
  • 543 vulnerable pensioners and other individuals across Glasgow and the West and Edinburgh, including 40 individuals who attended Paradise Pit Stop on Christmas Day.
  • 722 Glasgow children.
  • 41 grass roots charities.

This Christmas, your support can help Celtic FC Foundation bring a little joy, warmth and hope to those who need it most.

Across our local communities, we will be supporting families facing poverty, pensioners, women and children in refuge, the homeless community and refugees, along with a host of others who are vulnerable.

And through our Paradise Pit Stop initiative – which operates four days a week, all year round – we will once again open the doors of our home, Celtic Park, for a special Christmas Day offering, providing a festive meal and the warmest of welcomes. We are currently at full capacity but we are still accepting names for a waiting list and our weekly Paradise Pit Stop service continues to operate for those who wish to attend.

Our Christmas Appeal will touch thousands of lives this festive period and we humbly ask you, the Celtic support, to stand with us and help make a positive difference for so many. Because sometimes, the greatest gift we can offer is compassion.

In addition to requesting donations, the Appeal will also see the return of a host of fundraising events and initiatives and full details can be found at www.celticchristmasappeal.com
