Celtic FC Foundation’s Gateway to Health and Opportunity is a free 10-week project designed to empower participants with a wide range of support and skills, delivered in partnership with the Big Lottery Fund and Glasgow City Council.

The project includes mental health support sessions, healthy lifestyle workshops, and engaging physical activities led by experienced coaches to promote overall well-being. Participants will also have access to volunteering opportunities, personalised one-to-one guidance, and essential life-saving CPR training.

The project concludes with a celebration event to recognise achievements and and strengthen the sense of community built throughout the program.

Project 2: Thursdays, 9:30am – 2:30pm
