Since Celtic Football Club was formed in 1887, charity has paved the Celtic Way as our supporters continually celebrate and participate in the charitable traditions of the Club. Today, this core founding principle, is honoured and upheld by Celtic FC Foundation.
Via our regular giving initiative, Walfrid’s Wish, we invite supporters to continue the legacy of Brother Walfrid by becoming a Champion of Celtic FC Foundation, and making a monthly contribution towards the continuation and development of our work challenging poverty.
With the ongoing cost of living crisis continuing to put a strain on household budgets across the country, Celtic FC Foundation launched a new project on Monday, January 30, 2023 – ‘Paradise Pit Stop’ – and we’re delighted to confirm that funds raised via our generous Walfrid’s Wish regular donors, will now help support this new initiative.
Through Paradise Pit Stop, our doors here at Celtic Park are open every Monday and Thursday night between 5pm-7pm for anyone who may wish to join us, with a free warm meal and a selection of hot and soft drinks available to enjoy in the comfort of our lounge.
You can follow in the footsteps of Brother Walfrid and become a Champion of Celtic FC Foundation, by making a Walfrid’s Wish monthly donation via:

There will also be an opportunity for supporters to register ahead of this Saturday’s match against Aberdeen, as Celtic FC Foundation volunteers will be located around the stadium in the lead up to kick-off, to share Walfrid’s Wish flyers and details on how monthly donations continue to allow the Foundation to help the most vulnerable.

Our latest prize draw, will run from today (Thursday, February 16) until Wednesday, March 15 and offers a wonderful opportunity to win Tomoki Iwata’s shirt from his official signing announcement.
The shirt has been personally signed by our new midfielder. All Walfrid’s Wish members – including existing donors plus those who sign up by midnight on Tuesday, March 14 – will automatically be entered into the draw.
