Stiliyan and Artur confirmed as tickets now on sale to Celtic support

Following Celtic FC Foundation’s announcement last week that they have teamed up with LFC Foundation to bring you a fantastic Legends Charity Match on Saturday, March 25, 2023 (KO 3pm), we are delighted to confirm that tickets are now on sale to Celtic supporters.

For the very first time at Anfield, Liverpool Legends will face a team of Celtic Legends – two clubs which are linked by players, managers, and of course a much-loved shared football anthem in ‘You’ll Never Walk Alone’.

And the first two fans’ favourites to sign up for the Celtic squad are midfield dynamo, Stiliyan Petrov and legendary keeper, Artur Boruc!

Tickets for the charity match are priced at £27 for Adults, £20 for Over 65s and £7 for Juniors (16 and under). Junior tickets must be purchased with an Adult/Over 65 as a pair or on a 2:1 ratio basis. Tickets are only available from Liverpool FC, not the Celtic FC ticket office.

To purchase tickets, Celtic supporters should:

  1. Click HERE and register an account
  2. Select the Liverpool Legends v Celtic Legends Match
  3. Select ‘I have a promo code’ then enter CELTICLEG2023
  4. Click ‘Find Seats’
  5. Select seats and finalise transaction

A number of places have also been allocated for Celtic’s disabled supporters – Adults £20, Over 65s £17, Juniors £5, Personal Assistants £0. Disabled supporters should contact Liverpool FC’s disability team on 0151 264 2500, option 1 to complete their transaction. Please specify you are a Celtic supporter, to ensure places are sold within the correct areas.

The fixture will be managed, hosted and delivered by LFC Foundation, in association with Forever Reds, and Celtic FC Foundation have the honour of providing the opposition squad.

A full 100 per cent of the match proceeds have been committed to good causes and beneficiaries will include Celtic FC Foundation, Forever Reds (the official LFC former players association which, among other things, provides support to the club’s former players in need of care) and a range of programmes delivered by LFC Foundation and their partner organisations including schools, inclusive sports, social action, health and wellbeing and food poverty.
