Thanks to a magnificent donation from Club sponsor, Dafabet, Celtic FC Foundation are delighted to announce that we’re offering supporters an incredible opportunity to join the 2022-23 Celtic first team squad photo, via an online auction which will go live on Saturday.

One lucky winner will pull on the Hoops and appear alongside the Celtic squad and management team at the team photo for this current season.

This will take place at a date TBC with the winner retaining their strip and the photograph framed and signed by the whole team on a specially prepared mount.

In addition to the team photo prize, there will also be an opportunity to bid on a unique signed Jota shirt, from his official signing announcement donated by the Portuguese winger and the Club.

The auction will go live tomorrow (Saturday, August 27) at 7pm via Celtic FC Foundation’s charity eBay account and once live, the items will be available to bid on HERE. The auction will close at around 7pm on Tuesday, August 30 (bidders should check individual items for exact end times).

Speaking of the auction, Celtic FC Foundation Chief Executive, Tony Hamilton said: “I’d like to express huge thanks to Dafabet who have, yet again, provided phenomenal backing to the Foundation.

“They offer their support all year round, whether that be providing space to promote the Foundation on the front of the shirts or via the donation of wonderful prizes such as this.

“I’d also like to thank Jota and the Club for the donation of our other auction item, which is a one of a kind shirt.”

Funds raised via these two fantastic items will be devoted to a number of our key projects that aim to address a variety of social issues, particularly alleviating poverty and promoting social inclusion.
