On Saturday, June 6, around 50 hardy Foundation supporters took part in our ‘Ben Nevis Huddle’ event, sponsored by The HR Booth. This wonderful group scaled Britain’s tallest mountain to perform a Huddle at the summit, while raising a magnificent net total in the region of £19K, with fundraising still ongoing.

This was Celtic FC Foundation’s fifth Ben Nevis Huddle event, the last having taken place back in 2018. Conditions were almost perfect for the majority of the climb, participants were met with subzero temperatures and freezing winds at the summit, which made their efforts even more impressive, as spirits were high while they gathered together for the Huddle.

The group were supported throughout by the fantastic Abacus Mountain Guides and, after a gruelling descent, they were met by members of the Celtic FC Foundation team at the finish line, who were on hand to thank participants for their incredible efforts and present them with their well-earned certificates.

Each and every one of the climbers should be incredibly proud of their wonderful achievement and we greatly appreciate their fantastic support.
