Celtic FC Foundation bag Stephen Gallacher’s support

CELTIC FC Foundation are delighted to announce details of an exciting new partnership with European tour golf pro, Stephen Gallacher.

An experienced and decorated player, Stephen Gallacher was famously a member of the triumphant 2014 European Ryder Cup team, and the golfer has generously agreed to display the logo of the club’s charitable arm on his bag for the upcoming season.

Stephen Gallacher, an active and passionate supporter of Celtic FC Foundation, previously donated a host of prizes for our inaugural Golf Day event in 2015, and this latest link-up will see the Foundation logo adorn his bag apparel at all tour events.

This initiative marks the first instalment of Gallacher’s official partnership with Celtic FC Foundation and there will be further announcements about the developing relationship between Stephen and the Foundation in the near future.

Celtic FC Foundation’s priority is to focus on the four key themes of improving health, promoting equality, encouraging learning and tackling poverty and we have a strong track record of delivering successful community-based projects.

Speaking about this joint venture, Stephen Gallacher, said: “As a lifelong Celtic fan, I am excited to be able to support Celtic FC Foundation, and I strongly believe in their values on improving people’s lives.

“By carrying the Foundation’s logo on my bag in golf tournaments all over the world, I’ll hopefully be able to raise awareness of their great work.”

Celtic FC Foundation CEO, Tony Hamilton, added: “Stephen has been a long-standing and committed supporter of the Foundation and the club, and we are very grateful for his kind offer to display our logo across the tour.

“This initiative will provide a significant boost to Celtic FC Foundation’s profile, with our brand becoming increasingly visible across numerous channels.

“At home and abroad, we are constantly seeking to expand and strengthen the depth of our reach, and I’m certain that this will be the start of a fruitful and prosperous partnership between Stephen and the Foundation.”
