Since inception our supporters have followed in the footsteps of our founders by continually participating in the charitable traditions of the Club. Today, charity, our core founding principle, is upheld and developed by Celtic FC Foundation. 

Via the initiative Walfrid’s Wish, we are inviting supporters to continue the legacy of Brother Walfrid by becoming a Champion of Celtic FC Foundation, and contributing £3 or more per month to the advancement of our work.

We are delighted to announce that Brendan Rodgers is backing the campaign. 

The Foundation now focuses on more of its own work than ever before – delivering up to 30 vital community projects every year – a unique offering for a football club and one which sets us apart.  We remain true to the Club’s roots by helping those who face disadvantage to achieve their goals and have the best possible future. 

The support of the Celtic family will allow us to expand our projects so that more people in more areas can benefit. 

For £3 per month you can become a Champion of Celtic FC Foundation, gaining a closer relationship to our work via updates and events showcasing the impact of new funding:

– Come along to our project showcase events – our Champions will be invited to Celtic Park to attend an event which showcases the work of Celtic FC Foundation, as some of our project participants share the story of their journey (limited availability)

– Champions will receive a dedicated email newsletter updating on the impact of their contribution

– You can celebrate becoming a Champion of Celtic FC Foundation by going to http://twibbon.com/support/walfrids-wish to add the campaign logo to your social media profile
