A host of fan favourites will take to the field when Celtic travel to Anfield to take on Liverpool Legends this weekend – two clubs which are linked by players, managers, and of course a much-loved shared football anthem in ‘You’ll Never Walk Alone’.
Stiliyan Petrov will captain the Celts and Mikael Lustig, Joe Ledley, Emilio Izaguirre and Robbie Keane are just some of the other names who will proudly be pulling on the Hoops once again.
Former Celtic captain, Paul Lambert will take charge of the team from the dugout, assisted by another former captain and current Club Ambassador, Tom Boyd. They will also be joined by Foundation supporter, Ellen Flanagan, who was the winning bidder at our recent Annual Sporting Dinner, for the chance to assist Paul and Tom during the match.
